Mary Ludlow, RPhMary attended Clemson University before obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1989. She began working in long term care in 1990. She joined the White Oak Pharmacy team in 1995 as the Director of Pharmacy. She is active in several organizations including AHCA, ASCP, SCASCP, SCPC, and SCPhA and serves on several long term care advisory boards.

Andy Bishop, PharmD
Andy graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2012.  He has been with White Oak as a dispensing pharmacist since 2012. Andy is licensed in both North and South Carolina. He enjoys spending time with family, playing fetch with his lab “Trouble” and going to Gamecock football games.

Andrea Babajko-Brown, PharmD
Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Rollins College. After working as a School Counselor for 10 years, she decided to pursue a career in Pharmacy. She graduated from LECOM School of Pharmacy in 2019 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy, and began working at White Oak Pharmacy as a consultant pharmacist.

Don Cannon, RPh
Don graduated with a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of South
Carolina in 1989 and began working as a consultant pharmacist in 1990. He has been with White Oak Pharmacy since its inception in 1994. Don enjoys the interaction with facility staff and prescribers to improve pharmaceutical care.

Don graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Wofford College in 1986. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina in 1989 and began working as a consultant pharmacist in 1990. He has been with White Oak Pharmacy since its inception in 1994. Don enjoys the interaction with facility staff and prescribers to improve pharmaceutical care.

Anna M. Knight, RPh
Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1992. She began her career in hospital pharmacy in Spartanburg, then spent three years as a home-health pharmacist in Augusta, GA. She returned to Spartanburg and worked in hospital pharmacy again before joining White Oak in 1998.

Myra Hall, RPh
Myra graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina. Prior to her work with White Oak Pharmacy, her background was in hospital pharmacy. She has practiced pharmacy for 29 years and has been with White Oak for 20 years.

Kevin Henson, RPh
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina in 1994. He has worked at White Oak Pharmacy for 16 years. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, leading worship at Springwell Church, DIY projects and exercising/running.

Stephanie Hujik, PharmD
Stephanie began her health care career as a registered nurse in 2001. While working as a nurse at Roper Hospital in Charleston, she transitioned to pharmacy school at the Medical University of South Carolina. She graduated in 2007 with her Doctor of Pharmacy, and began working as a consultant for White Oak Pharmacy in 2008.

Ruth Moon, RPh
Ruth graduated from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 1989.  Ruth began her career as an Army pharmacist on active duty. After leaving the Army, she served as an Interim Pharmacy Manager for Owen Healthcare prior to coming to White Oak Pharmacy.  Ruth has been a dispensing and consultant pharmacist for White Oak since 1994.

Scott Sanders, PharmD, BCGP
Scott has been a consultant pharmacist with White Oak Pharmacy since 2003. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina in 2003. Scott is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and is licensed in North and South Carolina.

Thad Hirshey

Thadd Hirschy, PharmD, BCGP, BCPS 
Thadd graduated from Campbell University School of Pharmacy. He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Palmetto Health Richland. After his residency, he worked in hospital pharmacy before moving to Long Term Care, where he has worked since 2007. He joined the White Oak Pharmacy Team as a Consultant Pharmacist in 2017. He currently holds board certifications as a Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) and a Pharmaceutical Specialist (BCPS), along with licenses in both North and South Carolina.
